At the Institute of Biomedical Electronics TU Wien is offering a position as student staff in teaching, research, and administration for 15 hours/week. Expected start: December 2024. This position is limited to expected 4 years, but no longer than the completion of a master's or diploma degree.

Tasks:

  • Administrative support for the Dean of Academic Affairs Biomedical Engineering
  • Counselling of students of Biomedical Engineering
  • Committed collaboration in the preparation and implementation of research projects in the field of Biomedical Engineering
  • Administrative participation in teaching as well as in the supervision of students

Your profile:

  • Enrolled in a relevant master's program Biomedical Engineering; no completed master's or diploma programme in the area of Biomedical Engineering
  • Very good knowledge of German and English languages
  • Interest in the field of Biomedical Sensing and Therapy
  • Experience as a tutor is an advantage
  • Team- and communication skills

Entry level salary is determined by the pay grade C of the Austrian collective agreement for university staff. This is a minimum of currently EUR 974.70/month gross, 14 times/year for 15 hours/week.
